Rena Bernard Boutique only ships within the continental United States. All items from Rena Bernard Boutique are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Therefore, items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after ordering. Your package arrives within 7 to 10 days following credit card authorization. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Returns and exchanges.
Rena Bernard Boutique is glad to accept a returned item or make an exchange if you are not completely thrilled with your purchase. Call or send an email to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the shipping date in perfect unused condition with original packaging. Unauthorized returns and exchanges will be refused and returned to the sender. You are responsible for the shipping cost for returned and exchanged items. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable
Rena Bernard Boutique promptly credits your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you receive an email confirmation.
